Your 'Out Of Office' Guide To Mallorca

A-lot of my travel posts involve sharing the ways you can see and do as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. This time, after heading to Mallorca, it's a little different, sometimes we're so stuck in our routines and our schedules we forget how to simply relax. So if you've become a stressed out little city girl, running purely on caffine and God's good grace;  here's my guide to really enjoying your time 'Out Of Office'

1. Cocktails on the beach
I'm sorry but if you can't feel relaxed watching the waves and sipping a Pina Colada then something is seriously de-wired in your brain. With each sip I slowly forgot about sweaty Central lines and Chinese shoe suppliers... maybe that one's just for my job!
2. Take a trip to Palma
Palma is the most amazing place, it feels just like Barcelona and the old cobbled streets make you feel like you really are a million miles away from sky scrapers and guys shouting on their Iphones during lunch... PUT IT AWAY RICHARD! Most definitely worth the visit to soak up some culture and spend your time exploring independent, authentic Spanish restaurants, a distant cry from lining up in Pret-A-Manger for 20 minutes to have an office sat sandwich.
3. Watch The sunset
Mallorca is known for amazing sunsets. It's almost impossible to hold onto big city angst when your watching nature put on its finest show so switch of your phone... ok get one photo first... then just sit back, take a deep breath and enjoy doing nothing
4. Midnight strolls
The beach during the nighttime is so peaceful. Long gone are the tourists playing bat and ball, the pale English children squelching around in factor 50 and the lookie lookie men trying to sell sunglasses. At night, you loose all the distractions and really get to appreciate the beach for what it's worth
