How To Make Old School Easter Egg Nests

Mini eggs are one of my favourite things about this time of year and I mean, who isn't obsessed?? So for something super cute and simple this year give these delicious Easter egg nests a go, throwing it back to when we were kids and made dozens of these bad boys for each and every cake sale.

STEP ONE: Melt 100g of white chocolate, then combine this with 100g of Rice Krispies (feel free to adapt on this)
STEP TWO: Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into cupcake cases, ensuring that you press it down, creating a nest shape, then transfer into the fridge for at least 15 minutes
STEP THREE: Grab some first class Mini eggs (legendary snack) and after removing the paper cases fill the shells with them, creating the cutest little nest for you to demolish
And we're done! Literally the most simple recipe ever but sometimes you can't go wrong with a classic. Happy Easter!
